Who we are

Shore Reply provides missed-call text-back, automated replies to website inquiries, and appointment booking for home-service businesses in New Jersey. We act on behalf of the businesses that hire us.

What we collect

• When you contact one of our client businesses: your name, phone number, email, address, and what you told them about your service request.
• The text messages exchanged about that request, and the time each was sent.
• When you request a demo on this site: your name, company, phone, email, and message.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, schedule service with the business you contacted, keep a record of the conversation for that business, and improve how replies are handled. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Text messages

If you call or submit a request to a business we work with, you may receive text messages about that request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who sees it

The business you contacted, and the service providers we use to run the system (for example, our hosting, database, text-messaging, and AI providers), who may only use it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

For as long as the business we work for needs it, and deleted within 30 days after they stop using Shore Reply, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
